Objective:

To create awareness among students about HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis, their causes, prevention methods, and the importance of early diagnosis and healthy living.

Outcome:

Students gained valuable knowledge about the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS and TB. The session helped reduce stigma and encouraged healthy practices and social responsibility among youth.

Short Report:

The NSS unit of our college organized an awareness programme on HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis at Sadras on 09.10.2025. Mrs. S. Nirmala, ICTC Counsellor, served as the resource person and delivered an informative session on disease prevention and awareness. Around 200 students participated enthusiastically. The event successfully promoted health awareness and social responsibility among students.
