Programme Objective:
- To create awareness among students and the public about the importance of maintaining cleanliness in coastal areas.
- To encourage social responsibility and environmental protection through community participation.
- To promote the “Clean Beach, Green Beach” initiative under the Swachh Bharat Mission.
Programme Outcome:
- Students gained practical experience in community service and teamwork.

Short Report:
The NSS Unit of our college organized a Beach Cleaning and Awareness Programme on 09.10.2025 at Sadras Beach under the guidance of NSS Programme Officer. Around 200 volunteers, along with the Principal and faculty members, actively participated in the event. The President and Vice President of Sadras Panchayat graced the occasion as Chief Guests and appreciated the efforts of the students. The volunteers cleaned the beach premises and distributed awareness pamphlets to the public, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean and plastic-free environment. The event concluded successfully, reflecting the true.
