The Placement Cell of Guru Shree Shantivijai Jain Arts and Science College, Nallur organized a Career Guidance & Industry Interaction Programme on 24th December 2025 for the benefit of all students.
The programme featured eminent industry professionals as resource persons:

- Mr. Suresh Palani, Senior Analyst, Wipro
The session focused on the theme “Industry Expectations, Career Readiness, and Opportunities for Graduates in the IT & Corporate Sector.” The speakers highlighted current industry requirements, essential technical and soft skills, career pathways in IT and corporate domains, and effective strategies for placement preparation and interviews.
The interaction provided students with practical exposure to real-world industry expectations and motivated them to enhance their employability skills. The programme was highly beneficial and well received by the students.
